Andy Welch heads the architecture department and manages the architectural staff at our Perrysburg and Cincinnati offices. He leads multiple projects and teams through all design phases, implementing strategies tailored to the client’s needs, budgets, and timelines. Andy ensures an integrated approach to design, management, and technical project resolution, while upholding the firm’s standards for design and documentation. His responsibilities include quality assurance, meeting project deadlines, and delivering exceptional results to build client trust and loyalty. With extensive experience in project execution, code compliance, and technical quality, Andy coordinates our design teams for successful project delivery.
