Levis Commons – New Medical Office Building and Cancer Center ProMedica Health System

Our team had the opportunity to design a new 2-story freestanding Medical Office Building and Cancer Center for ProMedica Health System. ProMedica’s vision for this building was to offer a variety of their healthcare services at one convenient location in Perrysburg and the surrounding community. The intention was to bring together a variety of professionals, including physicians and oncologists, under one roof, making it easier for patients and their families to get the care they need. This approach also allows their primary and specialty care providers to easily connect and collaborate to improve patient’s health and well-being. Our design strategy for this project was centered around the following principles: innovation, patient-centricity, and integration with nature. We were excited to contribute to a healthcare environment that not only provides cutting-edge treatments but also promotes healing on a physical, emotional, and psychological level.
