The ProMedica Wildwood Medical Office Building embarked on a transformative journey to welcome the new Icaria Longevity Institute. Renovations to the 1st and 2nd floors have brought to life a visionary space that redefines healthcare. This project is not merely about physical changes; it’s a narrative of innovation, accessibility, and comprehensive well-being. The new Icaria Longevity Institute transcends the traditional notion of a healthcare provider’s office. It’s a refuge where every step is a journey towards advanced personalized medicine infused with a touch of white-glove hospitality. Renovations included a two-story atrium, glass staircase with moss wall, and a private elevator along with an exterior renovation adding an additional entrance/exit and vestibule. It also included an Imaging Suite, a Serenity Room, Physicians Work Room, a Breakroom, TeleMed Consultation Rooms, Patient Suites with connecting Private Exam Rooms, a Laboratory, a Patient Lounge, Kitchen, and Exercise Room.
